Very friendly! Clean rooms! Nice location albeit not directly on the sea. Only downside is that the breakfast is in another hotel about 100-200 walk from this hotel.

Fantastic room/suite with amazing view. Lovely balcony with a loungebed. Nice and quiet with an air of luxury. The staff was super friendly. If we ever come back to Nisa Penida, we will definately stay here

Super friendly and helpful staff. A one block walk to the pools, dining etc made it very convenient. The included breakfast at the rooftop restaurant nearby was exactly the way to start your day!

Clean, comfortable, and with great location (assuming you’ve made your way out to Porto Moniz). Has spa and sauna facilities available (fine but not amazing) and the staff are very nice. Breakfast is good and you get a little something cooked for you every day

The room was very nice and clean and the kitchenette was a great feature. Beautiful location with everything in walking distance. The included breakfast was really good and fresh. The rooftop was quiet and a nice spot to relax.

Very nice stay in Porto Moniz! The studios were clean and confortable. The staff was really nice and very helpful. We used the pool and the restaurant from the other two aqua natura properties which were conveniently within walking distance.

We stayed in the studios which were compact but so comfortable, clean and well equipped with a sea view balcony too. We enjoyed the rooftop relaxing space and the spa and the hotel. It was a bonus to get passes to the pools, beach towels and dressing gowns. The included breakfast was fresh, varied and plentiful. There was nothing to fault about this place. It was our favourite out of 3 we stayed in during our holiday to Madeira.

Check in was spectacular, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good Don't go to the Mediterranean Japanese restaurant for food (i didn't have the burger which was recommended by the front desk) but we ordered 5 things and they were gross and I'm not that picky. We liked the hotel so much we tried to book the next night but they were full. Happy trails

The only downside to this hotel was that there's no airconditioning. The room was far too hot and the fan was far too loud. I don't think that's 4* worthy. The rest was very good! Very nice room, clean, good location!

Sounded good in theory, but I won't be coming back

Clean place, run by nice people, but overall more like 3,5 than 4 stars. The jacuzzi on the roof is lovely, but the pool facilities in the other hotel that guests have access are small and not very clean. The cooking facilities were very helpful, especially as restaurants in Porto Moniz are of poor quality, but beware of ants in the apartment - all food needs to be locked away carefully. The breakfast in the hotel next door is good and pretty varied (including custom cooked pancakes or omelettes), overlooking the ocean - my favourite part of the stay. This is not the hotel's fault, but a note to future visitors: do not come to Porto Moniz without a car, as public transport is non-existent and there are limited things to do from here (you also can't get Bolt, just regular, more expensive taxis). As the weather wasn't good enough for swimming and it turned out most of the local hiking paths were closed due to a recent wild fire, we decided to cut short our trip and return to Funchal half way through. The regular person at reception was great, but when we were leaving someone else was covering & must not have processed our check out properly, as three days later I was being called up by the hotel, asking me where I was and demanding payment for mini bar items, which we had settled when we left...

Das Angebot beim Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und die Möglichkeit, frische Omeletts gebraten zu bekommen, wurde sehr geschätzt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und man fühlte sich vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment willkommen und als Gast verwöhnt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Umgebung ist zentral, doch ruhig. Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Alles stimmte, auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
