Het was schoon en netjes. De schoonmaak mensen waren heel lief en de receptie was wel goed bereikbaar.

Great location, great communication with host, charming apartment with all the basics for a 3 day stay. The terrace/balcony was a delightful.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location and flat were great. The only thing is that there was a lot of dust on the furniture (bedside table included). Other than that a very pleasant stay and great communication with the owner. I’d definitely go back there if I visit Porto again.

위치가 아주 훌륭합니다. 번잡한 거리를 살짝 벗어나 아주 조용하지만 마트와 트린다데역이 가깝습니다. 침구 깔끔하고 냉장고와 주방도 잘 갖춰져있어 편합니다. 관리자와는 왓츠앱으로 빠른 소통 가능합니다. 엘리베이터 없는 4층이라 캐리어가 있다면 불편할 수도 있지만, 한두명이 머물기엔 딱 좋은 숙소입니다. 추천합니다!!

The location was great. Within minutes you're in the city centre. The walls are pretty thin and the floor creaks when walked on. I'd recommend to bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me. Otherwise had an amazing time there!

The photos for the property listing were misleading. When given the keys, we entered a room that didn't match what we expected based on the listings photos. An overall feeling of tiredness, all issues being in the bathroom. Our towels and bath mat had holes, the shower was missing a seal at the bottom of the door that resulted in the floor getting very wet. Lastly, the shower control didn't work for the separate hand held nozzle. Otherwise the location was great and it was a comfortable stay

Grosszügige Unterkunft in toller Lage. Ideal für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Kommunikation schnell und effizient. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The A/C was not working on the day we checked in and remained not working 3 days later. We notified the owner but he said he couldn’t find repair crew on weekends. There was a fan which seemed to say the A/C was not working, here is substitute for it. The shower stall was not designed with air circulation in mind so the caulking had black mildew too much to feel clean. The location is good to many things, the trade off is that it was not quiet until late like a city life.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property. The location was excellent, and both the living room and bedroom were clean and comfortable. The only area that could use some improvement was the bathroom. I noticed some hair stuck to the glass wall of the shower booth upon arrival, and the shower frame showed signs of rust and peeling paint. These were not major issues, but they did make the bathroom feel less well maintained than the rest of the apartment. Other than that, everything was fine, and I enjoyed my stay. With a little attention to the bathroom, this would be an even better place to stay.

The property is in a great location, ten minutes from all major areas. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby too. Communication and check in was great! The only complaint is the property is getting a bit tired in places and the floors were quite squeaky. Saying that, I would book again as for the price it's on a great location.

The apartment is really squeaky. When you walk, the floorboard makes so many sounds. There are also loose tiles in the bathroom an there was no shampoo. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Établissement défraîchi, propreté douteuse (sur la terrasse mégot au sol et restes de nourriture sur les fauteuils plastiques) Salle bain mal entretenue (joints .. ,) douche pb d'étanchéité, vis à vis sur vieil immeuble en beton, en tavaux, assez loin de la photos des immeubles charmants de la rue. Accueil expéditif (homme agacé par 1/2 h de décalage par rapport à l'horaire annoncé). Très bonne situation centrale dans Porto, chambre mansardée spacieuse. Du potentiel, si entretien de fond en comble.

Good location but state of apartment was poor with stains on ceiling, cracked shower and toilet roll holder hanging off wall. Floor 2 was really noisy from music next door . Address given wasn’t correct - the property is actually spread across 2 buildings and me and my friend were in separate buildings .

Bathroom is more run down than appears in the photos and did not feel 100% clean upon arrival. AC did not work at the beginning. One of the managers fixed it, but then water overflowed from the AC into the apartment. Balcony for units in the rear open to an abandoned building.

Central Location But Poor Service

We returned here again because of central location and facilities and our past positive experience however we were very disappointed with parts of our stay. Daily housekeeping was part of our accommodation purchase both written and verbally but never happened and as we stayed for 6 nights clean sheets clean towels toilet paper etc should have been provided. The first thing we had to do was defrost the fridge as it was so iced up, the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and the shower leaked. The room supplies like salt and pepper had empty shakers, the dishwashing detergent ran out, there were no extra rubbish bags which were a necessity after 6 days and there was nothing to clean or sweep the floor with! We were unable to contact anybody and had to try to catch the cleaners just to get toilet paper. Totally different from our previous stay. Also the TV on the eisel was quite dangerous as it was unstable and moved around with a potential to fall. Having said all this we enjoyed our stay but these issues need attending to especially the housekeeping which was supposed to be included.
