"My partner and I recently had a wonderful stay at Victoria House. We were warmly greeted by Jan and she made us feel very welcome throughout. We also loved meeting her dogs, Oscar and Honey! The room was very comfortable and the house is in a great location. We used the regular local buses to visit nearby towns and to visit Snowdon. We had a great time in Caernarfon and if we visit again, we will certainly stay at Victoria House."

"A wonderful stay for 4 nights - the property is situated just out of the main area of Betws-y-coed which was brilliant as the town was crazy busy all the time - it was good to be able to get away. The review format asked for echo-friendliness so had to mark down a little for the use of small plastic bottles in the bathroom and the individual packaged portions of butter, jam, sugar and salt at breakfast. "We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request. "Can’t fault this B&B. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and support. We had just arrived after a very long flight so needed a little TLC! The little cottage at the back was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable beds, lovely space for sitting outside to have coffee and bathroom a good size. "We had a lovely two night stay. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. Breakfast was pre booked and excellent and our hosts happy to help at all times. We would definitely return."

"Clean and well fitted out (as described) and in a good location for harbour and beach. Friendly staff. I was initially concerned at a lack of information about where we could park, but once we had got to the place to ask, turns out they have a free parking space nearby for guests and we were not rushed out of it when we checked out so we had an extra couple of hours on the harbour with no parking problem. Great to have good air conditioning - gets hot in the attic room - and controllable blinds...

"Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. "
