"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...

"On a 10 day road trip and 10 different hotels, this was the best (most were all different branded hotels but similar rates). Super clean, great staff. Only gripe would be the breakfast; the eggs and sausage were the worst we had of our trip. Probably the cheapest powdered eggs and sausage available. I made a bagel sandwich to try to cover the taste, as i didn't want to pay for a breakfast elsewhere."

"Staff put us in a room that we didn't book and lied about being out of the room we paid for. Had to talk to guest relations and spent 30mins fixing the issue.
The beds are terrible it's like sleeping on a brick.
Staff will also not let you know where the stairs are to bypass the elevators. We waited up to 15 min to get on one. "

"When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long.
