The Long Creel Hotel changed from being a Hampton Inn last summer. It was sold to a different chain. The hotel had clean rooms, an excellent staff, a pool, and an exercise room. It also had a continental breakfast. The hotel is supposed to be remodeled in 2026 and will include a bar. A nice place close to the Maine Mall. Very reasonable price to stay during the off season.

The beautiful pool, which was promptly shown by the hotel, on the app, was closed and not working. The room was not updated at all, Bed uncomfortable. Carpet old. You get what you pay for. $65 looked really good. The pictures on the website made it look pristine, which it was not.

The roomwas nice, cleaning came through and changed our towels. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was also free. It seemed they were going through some renovations at the time so the pool area was abit underloved. Overall im happy eith my experience for what I paid.
