"Very nice cottage in quiet location with room opening onto garden with lots of bird song. Snug with TV is very comfortable. Parking spot just outside cottage. Well appointed kitchen. Location is good for access to portland, but going elsewhere requires travelling through Weymouth which can be slow."

"Ample parking in front of the house and very close to Weymouth Marina and town. Pete, was very accommodating in making sure you were comfortable in your room. Self breakfasts were very good from yoghurts, fresh fruits, cereals, tea and coffee which allowed you to breakfast at your own leisure."

"Ready enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable room. Good choice for breakfast. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Didn't eat in the bistro restaurant but did enjoy food from the bar menu. We added the Indulgence package to our booking and would really recommend this, well worth the cost."

"Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, good, basic breakfast, filling too. Would stay here again."

"Good location for Portland Harbour watersports and good value for money given a full breakfast was included in the price "

"For some reason I could only rate 4*’s for each section when if allowed I would have marked the full 5, will definitely be going back to fair haven, lovely little find"

"Great location and breakfast and friendly welcome 🙏"

"We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very tasty and filling"

"Nice size property. Missing the more luxury/comfort items. Garden furniture ok not as images. Has a comfy dining table. Balcony furniture present but not suitable for the area. High stools and table not appropriate needs more relaxing items to make area useful otherwise it was good for drying clothes. Area is central and easy for amenities, cafes, beach, shops etc all easy to walk to. Noisy as near heliport and some days this is busy from early morning till after 10 at night. Not overly...

"Fantastic stay ! Breakfast is excellent."

"Lovely clean room and very helpful staff"

"Amazing property, had the best week staying there. Location, facilities, space.. everything!! Will be back"

"Beach view was great , staff very friendly and the room was very clean"

"Nice B&B perfectly situated for the beach and town centre. Great "cooked to order" breakfast with friendly and helpful staff"

"The property was clean and included everything you would need. The outside space was disappointing as it was just a table and chairs in a small concrete space rather than what is shown on the pictures depicting the outside space. The location made ot easy to score with a few shops, pubs and places near by."
