"Staff were amazing, using a real human approach to their job. Youve got a a great team that work together and understand that their customers are people too. We had some awesome chats with lewis in particular during our short stay and can see hes destined for big things in his life! Truly cant wait to see and hear what he gets up to because no matter what he does hes going to absolutely smash it just like he did with serving us during our stay. "This was only intended for an overnight stay on a business trip - somewhere to sleep. However, this is a really lovely pub! We stayed for dinner and a few beers, which was both really tasty and excellent value, and breakfast was also first-class. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - just a really enjoyable stay. The room was absolutely fine, bed was comfy and the shower was good. I'd definitely stay here again. "
