"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...

"The staff were very courteous and helpful in suggesting easy trips (bus, uber) to the downtown Toulouse area. The breakfast was excellent."

Our only issue was that our junior suite was in need of minor refurbishment - things were fixed to poor standard with cables hanging out of the wall in the bathroom, which is not very safe for pets and children. Breakfast was nice."
