"Stayed during the hottest weeks in France and the air condition went well. The strength of the air condition was stronger in the lower level of our room than the upper level.
Enjoyed the multi-level room, it was unique and had a charming aesthetic. Comfortable beds.
Wifi was strong and worked well.
Room was clean.
Staff assisted with the private parking situation when the roads were blocked.
Breakfast was also great with healthy alternatives."

"It really has the feel of a fancy student dorm, which is refreshing. At school, I never had such luxuries. My one complaint is that some fixtures seemed a bit shoddy, and the shower door didn't close properly, so it leaked. Breakfast was okay, but not fantastic. If you are going to use the gym, timing matters since it can get crowded. You also needed the room key to call the elevator from a higher floor, which is odd."

"We were in Toulouse during the dreaded 2 week canicule. The hotel was cool and clean and staff were helpful, letting us park next to the hotel in the pedestrian zone to unload and load our luggage. In the heat, walking 10 minutes to the parking lot would have been a challenge with all our luggage. It is in an interesting part of the city, but sadly it was too hot to explore. There is an elevator and breakfast was good."

"This is one of the nicest stays I have had in Europe -- unusually spacious, very well-equipped. Stayed as a family, but our kids are older teens/adult-sized, and there was plenty of room for us.
There were a few small things that were imperfect, e.g., a missing drain cover in the bathroom sink meant I spent ages trying to get out a dropped contact case but none of this detracted from the stay.
The desk staff were friendly and pleasant.
