"Stayed at Hampton Inn Cranberry Township and encountered a billing issue that is still not resolved. I had two prepaid back-to-back reservations via Hotels.com and informed the front desk at check-in. They confirmed both, but failed to link them. My second booking was marked as a no-show while I was already checked in, and I was charged over $400 USD as a “walk-in” stay. I was never informed of any issue, never agreed to a new rate, and did not receive an itemized receipt. My card was charged without clear authorization. Follow-up has been poor, with no manager response despite promises and delays in addressing the issue."

"There was no free breakfast. Cost was 10.00 during week 14.00 on weekend. Also they charge you 50.00 a night for incendentals.so add that to your room price they refund it if you dont use it for anything . Hotel was nice was in great location. But 2.00 for water .restaurant was expensive. The shop in lobby was high and they charge to your room ."

"The property is old. It’s in desperate need of updating. The beds creaked and you can feel every spring in them. Our shampoo bottles had seals on them… but they were broken. So who knows what could have been put in it from previous guests. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Not a lot of options. Staff was great though, very friendly and nice. Check in was quick. The pool floor needs updating bad- we ended up with cuts on our feet from sharp broken tiles and concrete. And I will say, I ended up with a suspicious rash on my thigh… it had a couple bite marks…. I’m hoping it was a rogue spider bite when I was sleeping. Overall, our stay was meh. It was just for one night as we drove home. I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night."
