"We were planning to use the exercise room but it was under innovation. Disappointing."

"Biggest issue I had was an almost total lack of the ability to speak English by the person at the front desk at night. I made a reservation for two rooms. It asked for the other travelers’s name for the second room when I made the booking. The gentleman checking me in, could not find the other reservation. "outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. "

"Breakfast needed refreshing. Main issue: our room’s toilet was unusually low and most older people would have a problem, especially because no security bar available for assistance to get up. This is a problem. And an additional bar in the shower would be appreciated. "

"We didn’t even stay the night. Went somewhere else. Asked for a refund but non refundable online. He offered us another room but didn’t want it cus of the condition of the first room. Just said we will chalk that $75 up. Room smelt bad. The mattress cover had old blood stains from bed bugs that’s the main reason we didn’t stay. The guy was friendly but a no go for us. "

"I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful.
