Hotel di Portage Barat

"This was our second stay at the same hotel in 12 days time. This was our stop over hotel along our journey to and from our original destination. We chose to stay at the same hotel for our return trip because the first experience was so wonderful. We were welcomed in our room was clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great and plentiful. We didn’t use the bar this time nor the outdoor seating but we could see that there were people outside enjoying the space....

"The breakfast was limited, all pork meat, no turkey or chicken. Kitchen Attendant was young and aloof. There was a mix up. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, I was at first given a room with a single bed when I arrived. The desk clerk reluctantly offered me the "proper" room with the 2 queen beds. The television wasnt plugged in. The morning desk clerk, ( a Caucasian young woman) was very unfriendly both morning and even at check out."

"Extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay. The condition of our room did not meet basic hotel standards. There were blood stains, cleanliness issues, and the overall condition of the room was poor. Our private bathroom was also in terrible condition, with the tub/bathroom bubbling and falling apart.
