"The employee on duty when I checked in was amazing. My flights have been changed several times resulting in me having to leave 15 hours later than planned. She immediately offered me a late check out so that I wouldn’t have to wander around DC. My room was clean, incredibly comfortable, and despite a rather large conference being held at the hotel, I heard absolutely no noise. Wonderful stay.
