"Great location, very friendly staff. Only issues were a plugged sink in the washroom and main lighting was burned out in the washroom. Shower & shave in the dark. We reported the issue immediately but was too late in day to get fixed. It wasn't fixed the next day and we re-reported the issue . Had to wait until the next day for repair."

"All good in the end, but the checkin instructions were not particularly clear - quite confusing in fact. We entered the complex and then had no idea how to find our unit. Thankfully someone could give us a bit of guidance (they were not particularly familiar) when we called for support and we eventually found our unit. Very nicely appointed and we had a great stay - a few added sentences to orienting folks for checkin could solve our issue!"

"The apartment was easy to find, and the surrounding area has plenty of great food and restaurant options. The apartment itself was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only minor drawbacks were related to the amenities. There were no kitchen towels provided, and the cutlery was a bit insufficient for our needs.
