"The hotel is terrible we had issues with our room keys told the office and they said they closed at 9 so if your keys don’t work just keep trying”they’re old”. Ended up not getting in Friday night so had to find a room else where with all our stuff locked in their room. "This charming place is so well located if you want to be next to Forsyth Park and away from the bustle of the more touristy areas along the river and downtown. "This is an amazing place to stay! There amenities and customer service are the best we've encountered in a very long time! Even though looking at the tall steps to get up to the front door look daunting, Kendall was able to bring our luggage up into our room without flinching! Charles was delightful in telling about Savannah and the surrounding places that we could walk to. The wine and dessert our was delightful! The room is clean and we would definitely stay here again!
