"I normally stay at Airways buy it wascfully booked. First despite call the hotel In advance, the bus never showed up. The other hotel reps called the Holiday Inn rep and she couldn't be bothered. No customer service. Check in was chaos with 1 person serving and people everywhere. Had to go back to the reception to get the wifi code. Very disorganized. Getting the bus back to the airport was also problematic. I won't stay there again."

The property is run-down, poorly maintained, and the staff are extremely unprofessional. "Room amenities needed to be looked at. Missing towels, bathroom & Kitchen amenities. The Staff were great in taking our booking very last minute. Arlington at the Front Desk did very well in looking after us."

"Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby."
