"I will never stay here again. I paid for a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 nights and was not given what I paid for. The property is run-down, poorly maintained, and the staff are extremely unprofessional. "Very conveniently located hotel, only a few blocks away to the Harbour Area where you can find nice international bar & food restaurants and shops and live music all facing the ocean. On the other side of the coast you can enjoy watching Ela Beach and jogging during daytime hours. The hotel has two good restaurants and a great buffet breakfast. The staff is totally friendly and kind."

"The rooms were clean and well maintained. I appreciated the airport shuttles. I didn't try to use the shuttle around town, though Taxi service is readily available as well. The breakfast is good, and well served daily. The common area was not as clean as it could be - on the floors near the elevators - these areas were not as well looked after as the Lobby."

"Although we confirmed via email our arrival time the airport shuttle was not there and we had to call for it to come pick us up. The shuttle to take us to the airport at 4:30am was on time. Unfortunately, there was no wifi. The food and service at the restaurant was good. "
