"Had to checkout early because the elevators were down and literally we would wait 20-30 mins to get to our room. This alone was too inconvenient to deal with when traveling with a family. Room is not renovated at all, the furniture is very old and the bathroom is old as well"

"The room was dirty and had dog hair on the bed and floor. After speaking to the manager she said there’s nothing she could do about it. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room before I was comfortable laying down. I give the overall experience a 0."

"We left a night early because there was a very strong pungent smell in the room and scratching sound all night long. I spoke with the front desk about it the next morning. While he was very kind there wasn’t anything g that could be done about it. I also chose a room that was not ADA and when checked in we had the ADA room. It wasn’t a problem u til the next morning when my belongings got wet due to basically the whole bathroom being a shower with no real separation from shower floor and bathroom floor. The water formed a river all over the entire bathroom floor. Foot towel was soaked along with my dirty clothing items that were on the floor in my laundry bag. Staff at property was extremely nice . Just wish the hotel room was in better shape. I had to spend an extra $200 on another hotel night somewhere else and was not refunded from Marriott for the night I lost due to room condition. "

"The hotel was excellent, it was clean, smelled wonderful, amenities were better than most other hotels, comfy beds and excellent continent breakfast. Franchel, at the front desk, was friendly, funny, very competent and helpful. We will definitely continue to stay at Hampton Inn, it never disappoints."
