"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"Die Ranch ist für Besucher des Disneyland welche sich selbst versorgen einfach Klasse. Wir sind mittags zum Essen und Kräfte sammeln zurück in die Ranch. Fahrzeit 10 min. Wir hatten einmal unseren Tresorcode vergessen. Ein Anruf bei der Rezeption und 15 Minuten später war das Personal da und hat der Tresor wieder geöffnet. Super Service."

"Overall the stay was ok. In our room, things were broken, or not repaired. The toilet flusher was not fully functional, there were hairs from someone else in our bathroom, the light fixture in our room was broken, the suspended table for the coffee was broken."
