"We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The reception team were really helpful on anything needed; friendly and warm. We were a little frustrated at the beach area/bar with slower service /needing to chase when busy. But it was fine when not so busy. The breakfast was good overall and our room was excellent - really great housekeeping and a quality service - thank you. I'd recommend hiring a car and seeing the island AND exploring the south of the island by boat - it's a great way to combine relaxing...

"Everything was great from the beginning. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area with lovely views, but close enough to walk into the main port area. Highly recommend this place!"

"Pros: - free breakfast and it was tasty! -amazing views -quiet room, couldn’t hear neighbours, no outside noise -beautiful room -amazing shower amenities; shampoo conditioner etc -hot tub was cleanISH and hot CONS: -staff conducted a “night check” if you went out in the evening…around 5-8pm very uncomfortable with this as female travellers. -unaware with why they conducted this as the rooms were cleaned during the day -we opted out of this option as we were unaware with why they did this?...

"September 2025 Amazing daytime staff - couldn’t be more satisfied with them! The place and location, need an overhaul. The rooms need updating and the mini splits need servicing. We were breathing mould during our stay Annoyed that we were charged premium for their rooms near the end of their season, the week we checked in we noticed their prices were over 40% off - for us, not worth the cost For all of your activities, their preferred vendors could use updating. "The property’s location, setting, views, and pools are truly world-class. I’d go so far as to call this a genuine 6-star boutique hotel experience. The staff are overwhelmingly amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful overall. That said, there were a few moments where some staff came across as a little standoffish and the service at dinner was noticeably slower than expected."
