"The photos of this property lead you to believe that it's nice, updated, and well maintained. This hotel is beyond filthy, smells terrible, and most of the staff were rude. The pool was filled with paint chips and floating piles of hair. The first floor smelled of smoke and animals. There was a smear of what looked like blood on our bathroom wall. "Checked in and the sofa chair had so many stains I couldn’t even sit on it. The chair at the desk had a bit less stains but when I sat down to eat my meal for about 10min I had a total of 4 bed bug bites on the back of my legs where I was sitting on the chair. There was mold around the tub and the sink was backed up. The water never went down. I only stayed for one night for an event due to the convenience but I would not stay here again."

"-great prices on rooms -clean/modern room -large lobby with sitting areas and a large bar -good/safe parking garage attached to property offered for a low price. Only downside is the surrounding area isn’t the “nicest” but it feels safe walking around during the day and you’re extremely close to the Yale campus/ hospitals. They’re about a 5-10 minute walk. "Upon arriving early, I was met with a friendly host who was kind enough to let me check in. He explained the amenities and let me know about the complimentary breakfast. There are two elevators- and it was was easy to find our room. It was a very functional suite with a kitchen/living room and pull out couch.
