Fast and easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet as well. The only complaint is, they didn't tell us that breakfast wasn't complimentary. $80 for 3 for breakfast is ridiculous. Great stay, otherwise.

We have a lovely stay at the Omni New Haven. The room was clean and quiet with a super comfy bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are visiting Yale, it's right on the campus. Very walkable!

The hotel itself is a bit dated and the rooms could use a refresh to be sure, however, the staff, location and amenities make up for it. Attached parking with valet option. Very generous social hour offerings (wine/cheese, donuts etc). The staff goes above and beyond. Easy walk to Yale, all the downtown restaurants and THE SHUBERT!!
