"I recently stayed at Mexico city with my family, expecting the property to be much better based on the photos and description on Expedia. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. First, the exterior of the property does not look like the pictures shown online. The property is located on Insurgentes, a very busy street surrounded by hospitals and local food vendors, which creates constant noise and unpleasant odors. The unit itself was not maintained to an acceptable standard. The walls...

"This was a great place to stay and in a great location. We could see all sorts of great stuff and places to eat just steps from our place. The laundry facilities were great after 2 weeks of travel before we got to Mexico City. You won't be disappointed!"

"NO ELEVATOR, annoying to climb stairs with big luggage. Location was perfect, bakery and cafe nearby, the best double chocolate vegan cookies, melted in my mouth! Sheets were not very clean, had hair and stains on them. 60% quiet, the walls were pretty thin so people stomping/whooping and hollering in the middle of the night sucked, but I just blasted white noise and was okay. We had a very small amount of toilet paper sadly for 3 people. There was a washing machine but no detergent...

"Room was clean and comfortable. For the price it was really nice. Breakfast was excellent. It can get noisy at night, walls are thin, so we would have to have every door and window shut with the fan running to drown out the hallway noise. Be aware no a/c, and windows look out into other rooms so you mostly have to have them closed at all times. Location was great and overall convenient."

"Realice el pago por medio de Expedia y en recepción no me creían ni aunque les mostré la aplicación. No ha sido la primera ocasión que me quedo y Expedia siempre incluye desayuno, cosa que no respetaron en esta reservación. El personal de buffet y recepción no escuchan y no entienden la situación. Parece que estas hablando con robots."
