"This beautiful hotel, formerly a family home, is owned and run by the loveliest couple. Charming, friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful and the view from our room included a very full apricot tree, the fruit of which was part of the delicious breakfast we enjoyed in the back garden. Would return here if we are in St. malo again."

"We stayed at Hôtel Oré for one night for our return trip to the UK via an early morning ferry. The hotel was situated on the outskirts of St. Malo in a quiet area and had plenty of parking. "We stayed 2 nights at the end of August. We had a beautiful and comfortable room at one of the gatehouses. The bed was comfy, there were several English tv channels including BBC1 and 2, ITV and channel 4. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and well planned. The breakfast was all self service. "It was a beautiful property. It had a relaxing atmosphere and it was stylishly decorated. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries, fresh juice and coffee to order. Our hosts were very nice!"

"A gorgeous property, down a long driveway and far from any boise other than birds and the breeze. There are ruins of a large manor/chateau (?) on the property that formed the view from our room and fascinating to wander through. The hostess is lovely and the breakfast delicious."

"I thought the staff was super accomodating and my room was great. I would have liked to have had a bathtub but those seem increasingly rare these days. I tried to have dinner out for my last evening and the front desk staff said they would make a reservation. The resturant was full (it was just for one person) and rather than help me or suggest other alternatives the staff simply said, "Sorry, it is not possible." "Checking in was easy and the gentleman was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go. This hotel is 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, so is ideal for those about to leave France or who have just arrived and looking for an excellent place to stay. The rooms are very clean and tidy and quiet."

"La Pavie is a lovely place to stay in Dinan. Catherine is warm and welcoming, and the whole house has a calm, relaxed feel. Breakfast is excellent - the quality of the produce is great. "Awesome property in the best town. We stayed in an apartment with a pull out bed for the kids, they loved it. Kitchen was handy to have for breakfasts and when we didn’t feel like eating out. There is a small grocery store in town and lots of great restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable. "
