"Never a disappointment! I stay at this same resort every year, sometimes twice a year. The condos are always clean, no funky odors, well maintained, clean linens and mattresses. The kitchens are well stocked with cooking utensils and the refrigerator and freezer always look and smell clean."

"Aston Kona by the Sea was probably the best place my family and I ever stayed, and we travel a lot! We splurged on an ocean-view room and were literally a stone's throw from the ocean. The view was spectacular and it was amazing to fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing outside our room! However, everything about this place was superlative. The accommodations were clean, spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of parking. The location was central to the activities that we planned, and not very far from restaurants and shopping. This place was an excellent value and we will surely look to stay here when we return to the Big Island!"
