"The room was not equipped w/ any utensils or dishes at all. The saving grace that made the stay somewhat decent were the front end people running the show. Besides that the property is in rough shape and the room had holes on the walls, cracking on the furniture, and they even left me a half used bottle of shampoo. The ice machine on the floor we stayed at did not work, let alone the ice bucket had no plastic liner available and to top it off, there was mold growing in there. This property...

"The property was very outdated. Our initial room was musty and moldy. The sheets were almost soggy to the point that we couldn’t stay in there. We requested and upgrade to another room and it was better. Over all the grounds are not pretty and very old. There was 3 day old chicken bones and sauces next to the pool. No one bothered to clean it up. The kiddie pool was GREEN and eventually shut down for god knows what. The slides were only open for a few hours and the lazy river was filled with...

"I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!"

"This place looks as if drug users book the rooms, use them to do meth, crack, or whatever else type of drug you can think of and then ditch the room. The office was closed and I had to wait like 15 mins standing outside for someone to come and check me in. The paint on the toilet was faded and spotted up as if it had been there for the last 50 years. The room gave me the icks. Overall TERRIBLE experience. "

"THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it...

"This place is the worst that I’ve ever been to. They give u 1 filthy towel at the front desk charge you $20 deposit for the room key until u bring it back the ceiling is falling apart the walls are dirty and got holes in them. The song is rusty the carpet smelled like mold and smoke. It doesn’t look nothing like the picture they got posted. Shame on the people in charge of this place. "
