It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. "First of all the description of this place is not fully addressed with pool hours and water park hours and you have to walk more than 10 minutes to get there. The gate to go to the pool is not open so you need to walk through the main office to get there.The pictures from the don’t go with the resort pictures. "What I like about the place is how it was set up, the home itself in general. I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks. "I was very comfortable with the people that were staying there. Very nice place. Would recommend anyone to stay."

"Customer service was horrible , accessibility to the pools was bad . The property is difficult to navigate and the front desk people are not much help - they all seemed irritated. And you have to deal with aggressive Timeshare solicitation in order to receive your parking pass for the property, they will not take no for an answer . Definitely not what you’d expect based off of the pictures and the reputation of the Hilton brand . "

"My kids enjoy having a lot of space (the big house) and having both their own pool and the water park to play in. The perks stop there. DO NOT travel near Passover unless you are Jewish, 90% of the vacationers are there for a luxury passover event. This event seems to draw rude people. They are rude to fellow guests, they are rude to staff, and you can only eat terrible, overpriced kosher food at the waterpark during this time. The water park food was absurdly expensive and nearly inedible....

"The stay was okay overall. The unit was fairly clean, and our group had a nice time. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The couch was ripped, the carpet appeared somewhat dirty, and we saw a few roaches during our stay. Additionally, the upstairs shower didn’t seem to be installed properly and made a loud, disruptive noise in the first-floor bedroom whenever it was used. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but due to these issues, we would likely choose a different property...

"This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful.
