"We booked this bed and breakfast for a weekend marriage conference. Before arriving we were called and told that they had to move our room to the carriage house due to a septic issue with the main manor. The carriage house is a smaller building on the property. Upon arriving it felt a bit run down overall. We entered our room on the second floor of the carriage house. It was small but quaint and what we needed. "Such a lovely stay and overall experience — definitely one I’d repeat. If you’re visiting in winter, there are a few things to keep in mind: make sure to read all the information they provide. If you plan to use the jacuzzi, start heating it as soon as you arrive so you can really enjoy it; same with the sauna. I think I’d even pay a bit extra if the heating were electric, but honestly, if you have the right attitude, lighting it yourself becomes part of the fun and the experience. I...

"This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! "

"I love the breakfast that was included and that they had a pool and hot tub. Great for a kid get away and I really liked that they set up a little spot to take pictures that was decorated accordingly to the holiday!"
