"Check in and out was easy. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. I liked having the fridge and microwave (thought, word to the wise its not a strong wattage) I did have an issue with the iron and they fixed the issue within 5-10 minutes after I called. There were elevator issues, which were annoying as heck, especially when you are on the 7th floor and weren't looking to go to the "gym" and had to climb up, but it is what it is...
