"The bed was really soft. The room was super nice. I like the bar was close and it had a rooftop bar and a rooftop pool overlooking the river. The only one thing I would change is the breakfast choices. Its too early to walk around all that and pick a place!!"

"Love the room it was great I loved in the bathroom it was awesome a separate area to put your makeup on with that lighted makeup mirror there nice deep bathtub a door on the actual bathroom part to the toilet so that others could be in the bathroom and getting ready or whatever if you had to use the restroom. I liked it a lot it was very nice. Bally's casino was right next door the staff was great the deli stayed open late . good food ...no complaints at all"

"It was the grand!! Over the 10 plus years I’ve been staying here, it really needs to be upgraded. You can smell the musky smell on the carpet the second day after all the air fresheners wear off, etc. i checked in at 6 pm and they had to call and make sure my room was ready?????? It’s supposed to be ready at 3. Bar was closed on Saturday night! They still serve breakfast like they did during the Covid thing. I’ve literally watched this place go down since pre covid. The breakfast used to be awesome. Now mediocre. Elevators make noise, kinda sketchy. The whole place needs to be be renovated with carpet, elevators serviced, bars in the elevators were loose, I can go on and on but man, we got a good deal and it just sucks to literally watch this place go down. At least fix the elevators and change that smelly carpet . Mattress are old, pillows are cheap."

"We did not use the bar, only ate at Jack Binion's which was disappointing for the high costs there. Service and ambiance were great but food was very disappointing. Our room and everything else was very clean (garage elevators were not but didn't care), room was great and quiet; staff very courteous! Will come back and plan to eat somewhere different. "
