"The receptionist greeted us w a smile and was very welcoming. Checkin was quick and easy. Our room was great. Mini fridge a huge plus. Beds were comfortable w plenty of pillows. AC worked great. Breakfast had lots of options. One thing to note: NO ELEVATOR- not an issue for us but it could be for some. Would stay here again. "

"This hotel was amazing the staff was great I had the best check in they were professional and welcoming, they even wanted to meet my cats and showed me pictures of their dog I felt like home . The rooms were great very clean and nice I wanted to stay there for longer . Parking was good and the breakfast was a 10/10 I highly recommend this hotel I d go back in a heartbeat."

"For the money alone this was excellent for a 3-day weekend stay. Previous reviews set up a fear but the rooms were clean and comfortable we even had another person join us and got his own room and it was clean and good as well. We even extended our stay one more day. The location was wonderful we were three girls two of us with birthdays and we just wanted to find a good place with live music. There is four of them right at the back door of this place. And a cracker barrel next door. Opry Mills...

"If you're like me, I spend hours checking out rooms in the area I'm traveling. I definitely made a great choice with this location Quality Inn its in what feels like a safe location,quite,clean, Air was COLD.:) Front desk was friendly but even the people who worked there were "extremely" friendly. Also room is at a fair price. Next time in the area I'll stay there. Everyone Have A Wonderful Week,:)"

Far enough from Downtown Nashville for a lower rate but close enough to that getting to downtown or Opryland area was an easy drive. Plenty of restaurants available nearby and the Kroger close by was convenient. Will definitely stay at this property again when we come back to Nashville."

"Stayed for two weeks recently, and was very comfortable for the stay. Our initial room had a broken A/C, but the front desk was able to get us into a new room right away. They were very helpful with getting our dollar bills converted to quarters, and accommodated us whenever we needed something from housekeeping. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

"Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!"

"I love the fact that this hotel helps the homeless. It is a very unique hotel. Very pretty. Our third floor sky light room was cute, a little tight but still very nice. Wish I would have known there was no elevator and that we were on the third floor, I would have requested a ground or second floor room. It was nice, however, that they do have an elevator for your luggage. That helped! Also the complimentary champagne and snacks and water were a very nice touch! "
