"Felt very welcome the moment we checked in. Quinne checked us in to our room and was incredibly helpful, kinda and great sense of humor. We booked one night for an event at the New Amphitheatre there wasn't much for taxi or Uber so keep that in mind if your booking for a show. Lots of things to do for everyone at the resort unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the amenities offered. Overall rate this stay 10/10"

The property is right on the river and is walking distance to the Whitewater Amphetheater if you are tubing or seeing a concert. If you don't mind walking, there is the Riverose Tavern and a small coffee hut open early to get a latte and bagel. Definately would recommend the Horsehoe Riverside lodge"

There is construction things all around the property and that’s the only issue we had when walking to the brewery and our dog. They allow dogs for a $75 fee. They have a clean pool that is running. "I finally made it to my room a bit late. I had some quick issues with the temp and television settings. I sent a text to Jim (the owner), and he helped me get comfortable for the night. I loved the personal touch you do not see as good as in large hotel chains. Personalized touch with better shampoo, had wet wipes to use, little things like Listerine to use. I met Jim in the morning and thanked him for all the great hospitality. Very nice and genuine man."
