"Buena ubicación"

"Property seems new in a new and upcoming area. However, without a vehicle is quite inconvenient. There were two restaurants across the street and a small shopping mall and gas station aroud the corner. People were friendly. The checkin process needs refining. We arrived on time and were repeatedly told to wait for someone to come and receive us and give us entry to the apartment. That person never showed up. In the end it turned out to be self-checkin. For some reason the hosts decided to delay providing the checkin info for a good 20 min after our arrival... which was within their checkin time rules. There after, they provided a whatsapp message with all the relevant access info. Within that message, however, the wifi credentials were incorrect... but was remedied with some back and forth via whatsapp. The good news was that while we were waiting for the host to give us the access info, the gentleman at the lobby reception was very nice and helpful... and allowed us to wait in the lobby while the host sorted out their issues. I have to say that its very annoying when you follow all the rules and a host delays checkin. Hosts should consider that guests have their obligations too and delays can be quite impactful. Delaying business obligations because a host will not release checkin info until the last second is NOT acceptable! Being told to wait for "someone" that never shows up... and the checkin then turning up to be self-checkin is really aggrevating."

"Spacious room, clean and comfortable - we stayed in room 209, didn't have a view, just an internal balcony. We stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter weekend, early April. The staff were friendly and spoke good English at reception, but not so much at the restaurant. One evening, we decided to have a quick dinner at the restaurant downstairs since we were too tired after a long tour - empanadas and lemonade were very nice. The rooftop bar was fully booked most of the time, so we didn't get a chance to see it. Breakfast was good, not very varied, but it starts at 6 am, which is very convenient if you start your day early."
