We received amazing hospitality and personalized attention at this stunning property. The staff welcomed us for a very late check in and made it possible for us have a lovely dinner after the kitchen had closed. The proximity to the airport was also very convenient for us. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed by the management. We provided food restrictions at check in and in my Relais & Châteaux profile. The hotel flagrantly ignored them. When I brought this and other observations up, the manager approached us to ask for 5 minutes. He argued non-stop and blamed part-time staff for the oversights. Talk about throwing your staff under a bus when it's really about management training people and establishing standards. I walked out of that conversation because he just deflected everything and I wasn't going to waste my time on someone who clearly is not suited to this type of establishment.

We travel a lot, but this is by far the best hotel I ever visited. First of all, the staff is amazing. They are all so friendly, and they all speak English. They are really helpful (park your car, help with the luggage, welcome drink, questions etc.). Secondly it’s the most beautiful place I ever visited. The room and private terrace is very spacious, clean and romantic. There is fresh fruit, water and tea in the room. The building is really authentic and beautiful. The nature around the building is even more beautiful. Words couldn’t do it justice. Thirdly, they have a lot of activities: children activities (pastry making, games, babysitting), empanada making lessons, biking, spa, gym, swimming pool, horsebackriding and bird watching. And at last the breakfast, the food in general and cocktails are amazing. The complementary breakfast was very various and you could even add some freshmade dishes to the buffet (tortilla eggs, pancakes with Dulce the ledge). The pancakes are the best I ever had in my life!

Hotel situado em um lindo local, no meio da natureza. Muito confortável. Excelente café da manhã. Entretanto senti falta de uma boa sala de fitness. A sala de ginástica é muito acanhada, nada convidativa. No SPA falta uma hidro ou uma boa ducha para após a sauna, uma vez que a piscina do hotel fica bem distante do SPA.

Linda propriedade cerca de 20 mins de carro da cidade de Salta. Tranquilidade e conforto de um Relais Chateau, hotel charmoso instalado numa “estância” típica espanhola. Bom café da manhã e jantar. Toalhas de banho um pouco cansadas mas voltaria com certeza!

Thr house of jasmine is absolutely stunning. The attention the detail of the staff and the beautiful sight are really what makes it. Massages and horse back riding are both recomendable. Location isnt ideal, but you can take a 20 minute taxi to town. Note: was sometimes difficult for taxi drivers to take us back due to rural nature of property (our poor spanish might not have helped either though). Easily recomendable. 10/10.

Gorgeous property! One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen. But disappointed to have learned that we should have received some VIP perks like a free drink per person, and we never did. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Amazing hotel

We had a fantastic time at the House of Jasmines. The property itself is stunning, in a lovely setting just outside Salta, but still within easy reach. Food was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly, always happy to lend a hand. Would definitely return here in the future.
