"Historic building in good location. Room a bit cramped and smelled a little musty, but clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast room small, but food selection good and plentiful with both hot and cold selections and appreciated the coffee pot in the room. Overall a good stay, would stay there again. "

"Habotacion, desayuno e instalaciones genial. El unico pero fue que pasamos calor en las noches, y abrir la ventana no era una opcion en un segundo piso de una calle con mucho transito de coches. La excusa de "aun no hemos echo el cambio de calefaccion a AC" a pricipios de Mayo no termino de convencerme. Aun asi, si volvemos a Granada, probablemente nos volvamos a quedar en el Gran Luna."

"The hotel staff are entirely professional & most are at least bilingual in english & spanish - my strong recommendation for english speakers is to acquire a bit of spanish before arriving, it'll go a long way towards everyone's comfort level. This hotel is in an area near several popular plazas & the Alhambra complex, but amazingly it's VERY quiet after 10 PM. Their 4th floor terrace restaurant is excellent & you can take out items from there to your room. This hotel is a definite 4.5 star...
