Staff members were friendly, kind, and helpful-they helped us get our tours booked and additionally helped with transportation from the airport following a long flight. "The hotel is quaint and has an historic charm. The staff is helpful, welcoming and pleasant . There is a very nice breakfast in a nice space on the roof top. The hotel is on a busy square, so at least from our room it was a bit noisy. Then again part of the charm, here, is the old town location."
