Stunning exterior and interior. Very helpful and friendly staff. Glad we chose this hotel. Very easy to get around Quito from here.

We were so happy with our stay! The staff was so helpful and the place was immaculate and BEAUTIFUL! Very accomodating and kind staff on duty. Highly recommend! Free shuttle from Quito airport and the delicious breakfast were cherries on top!

The staff was amazing,the property is close to many amenities,food was great and shuttle was very effective and on time,i would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Quito,the staff and the decor of the hotel was just at another level

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was more than helpful, the breakfasts were lovely with fresh fruit and eggs every morning. We appreciated the free airport shuttle even took us at 2:45 am! Good access to public transit. The one thing to consider is that it felt like it was on the edge a neighborhood, the resteraunts we went to and sites we saw were a 15 minute walk away, a bus or a cab ride. The rooms were comfortable and very clean!

Excelente atenciĆ³n por parte del staff, habitaciĆ³n muy confortable, el restaurant a la carta es muy rico. Y lo mejor es que prestan servicio gratuita del y hacia el aeropuerto y eso ayuda muchĆ­simo porque te quita una preocupaciĆ³n para llegar y regresar al aeropuerto !!!

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. And everything appears to be new and well maintained. The artwork everywhere adds to the personality of the place. Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great. Very accommodating with the airport transfers and anything else that you ask about/for. Highly recommended!

The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.

Room was exceptional, price was incredibly reasonable, the airport shuttle was a great perk that relieved stress. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful. They shifted things for my dietary needs perfectly and seamlessly. The staff in this beautiful property are so attentive to details. A couple days before my stay I contacted them with questions by whatā€™s app and within minutes got an answer and a solution which they implemented. The staff communicate well so the restaurant receives info from the front desk and housekeeping is also notified. I canā€™t say that I have seen service at this high a level in quite awhile. On top of that the entire property is stunning. Great local art in rooms and public spaces, wonderful wood work and amazing colonial architecture. It was truly an amazing stay.

This is a beautiful property, secure, attractive and an old, charming mansion that has been elegantly restored. There were all these lovely perks, like dessert delivered to the room each evening and breakfast. Our room was lovely and spacious with windows. Despite being in the city it was quieter than expected. We are vegetarians that don't eat eggs and we received juice, toast and fruit for our breakfast (more of a continental style). We received a room location change when we complained of spotty internet and that the shower will spill over on the bathroom floor making the floor wet. After moving to another room we still experienced the same problems, just slightly improved. The location was close to an event we attended. Staff are very accommodating.

Beautiful accommodations: building and rooms, everything seemed new and was spotless. Staff was very friendly, checking in periodically via What's App. Breakfast was included, typically a fruit plate and either scrambled eggs or omelet, coffee and juice of the day. They even had an afternoon snack every day with tea. Great value as we paid less than $300 for 3 nights plus free airport shuttle which is at least $35 one way saved. However, it is on a busy street (but close station access to the Metro bus, 10 min walk to the subway) and there is some road noise during rush hours so if you're sensitive to it, you'll hear it periodically. No issue for us. Note that this location is further from the historic district/independence (?) square, but is easily accessible by bus or hotel arranged taxi. If I'm in Quito again, I'd stay here again for sure.

Excelente estancia, reservamos 3 dĆ­as pero no seguidos porque fue nuestro hotel de conexiĆ³n aeropuerto-Quito, aeropuerto-GalĆ”pagos, hotel-aeropuerto-MĆ©xico. Fue una excelente decisiĆ³n porque el personal fue muy puntual en las llegadas y salidas de vuelos. El personal del hotel y del restaurant muy amables, las habitaciones muy limpias y reciĆ©n remodelado todo. Todo limpio, en excelente estado y prĆ”cticamente nuevo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, la zona en la noche nos dijeron que era preferible no salir del hotel pero cuenta con un restaurante sĆŗper rico todo lo que tiene en la carta, precio muy competitivo y junto al hotel hay un mini casino por si te gusta un poquito el juego de azar.

Desde que nos fueron a ver al aeropuerto en una furgoneta grande con la puntualidad nos encantĆ³. Llegamos al hotel y me sorprendiĆ³ su fachada, muy elegante. Dentro del hotel me sorprendiĆ³ cada detalle, muy elegante. La seƱorita de recepciĆ³n muy profesional. En el desayuno el emplatado 10/10. Tienen un Ć”rea de casino y bingo que nos encantĆ³. Cada que volvĆ­amos de una actividad diaria nos recibĆ­an con un pequeƱo detalle que era un dulce. Muy limpio el hotel, habitacion grande. BaƱo limpio. Primera vez que hago una reseƱa y se merecen la mejor puntuaciĆ³n.

The hotel was amazing and I highly recommend it! The transfer from the airport (free) worked well and was in a new van; check-in was fast and friendly; the room was super clean, well appointed with interesting modern art on the wall. There were 2 bottles of water and 2 chocolates in the room. American breakfast was included and cooked to order. I ate outside on the balcony. It was nice. Checkout was easy. The only negatives were that the WiFi did not work in my room (204) but it worked perfectly in the lobby and dining room where there was lots of comfortable seating. The other problem was that I was not told to leave the temperature ā€œguideā€ in the shower at the mid point. As I like a hot shower I moved it to the left before turning on the water. As it was cool at that setting I moved it all the way to the right where it was freezing cold. I moved it back to the left and had a cool shower. On checkout I mentioned both issues. That is when I learned not to move the temperature gauge in the shower. I was told WiFi works in some rooms but not all.
