"Very nice hotel centrally located near the Plaza Pilar, Plaza España and the old town. Transportation is readily available to take you anywhere in the cith from the Plaza de España. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My oly negative is that the rooms might benefit from a refresh of the carpet and beds."

"Lovely older hotel in the old town part of Zaragoza. The room and bathroom were nice. We were comfortable, safe and enjoyed our stay. It’s a perfect location for walking the sights and very convenient for restaurants and bars. We did not have a car - I’m not sure what the parking situation would have been. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend! "

"Very good location. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and sites. Parking garage under hotel was easy to manage. However was difficult to find side street from main street. The hotel staff was very friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable, very lumpy pillow. Thin walls, was able to hear neighbors on both sides of the wall. An electrical outlet in the bathroom was dangling out of the wall. But in general very nice and fancy looking hotel. Breakfast wasn’t...

"We turned up at the hotel. In the middle of a power cut. The receptionist spoke excellent English as she was from London. The café/restaurant/bar offers great value for money. There is even an Irish bar the next street up. Well connected to the rest of the city with buses and trams running by the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a city break and would definitely stay again "
