"Good location, clean, and reasonably priced. It took a while for the room to warm up, and I didn’t receive check-in information until I arrived. No one was there to open the door because the property has no reception; you get codes for the main entrance and your room. Apparently this was because they didn’t have the guest’s phone number from Hotels.com."

"My second time at this hotel and it has been renovated beautifully. Had and issue with our room at check in. Single beds after multiple pre requests for a king bed and crumbs on the floor. Took a exceptionally long time and a manger request to get this resolved, but we got there. All round a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and a lovely setting but a few niggles I would highlight other than our check in issue. By 9am all pool beds are gone, but no one actually on them. Food a little on the pricey side for Spain and food and service in the bar was poor and not good value, overpriced tapas in essence. The bar staff were dour and unfriendly and the standard of service was poor, we were waiting nearly 40 minutes for someone to take our order. "Lovely property and I would return. The only negative was the check-in process. Apparently I walked in right behind a large group and the process was slow. My sense is that they do a lot of weddings and events. We ate at the restaurant outside and also enjoyed the buffet breakfast- both were great."
