"We need someone to help people all the time. It is because when I entered the building, it was empty and I did not have any communication with anyone. We were also waiting for someone to give us the keys to our room, but then someone helped us because that knows the families. Also the Internet and Wifi was very poorly because we had 2 hours and we lost the signal. Also we did not know the password, and no information always appears."

"We absolutely loved our stay there! We will definitely stay there again next time we come. The entire staff was friendly and very attentive especially Aurora she was the best! The property is beautifully designed and so convenient since everyone gets their own villa with a parking spot. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the pool and the beach. It also was a quick drive away from the shopping center and from any food places."

Parking could be cramped and you would be best leaving your keys at the front so they can move cars around as needed. The water from the faucets stunk like rotten eggs every time you ran it. "Check in was easy and quick. Property is beautiful and very aesthetic, food was a little on the higher price side compared to prices in El Salvador. The pool looked nice. HOWEVER, my understanding was the resort was on the beach and it was not. That was kind of disappointing. At check out they make you wait until they check the room, that was a little annoying since I had to run to an appointment an hour away."
