"I read a lot of reviews on this place before booking. I will say that I regret not booking Cofresi Beach Resort or the Lifestyle Beach Club hotel as they are both actually on the beach and have a better options than the Presidential Suites. "In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower.
