Not only were they not paved but at some point they (local government) closed the entrance and no one was notified. It took me contacting the hotel so the concierge could walk us through how to get to the hotel. It was not until two days later when I complained that we received a letter and a map. This was not well planned with the city. Very disappointing."

"The ocean was not really accessible, too many rocks. Most of the staff was not friendly especially at the buffet restaurant. The food wasn't that great, there weren't that many options. The nightly shows weren't that entertaining. They had a pool bar next to the pool but you couldn't access the bar if you were wet. Don't see the point of a pool bar if you can't get to it. We saw vomit in the pool and no one came to clean it. After an hour we told someone else and the pool guy just dismissed us...
