"This place is about 1hour and 45min from SJO and it was the perfect trip for a few days to visit nearby Parrita and Jaco. We wanted a quiet romantic bitoque hotel and it’s exactly what we got. We walked to the beach (about 10-15 min walk) and then relaxed by the pool. The property views were amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. "

"The staff was nice. The room was alright but they kept turning the water off at night and it wouldn’t be available until after 7am. The hotel is remote but if you have a car it’s accessible to a lot of attractions. "

"Yes, the view was great. The pool was a great temperature, a little cool to refresh us. Plus 1 shower to take sand and sea off and another tap for feet and shoes . Lovely flowers in the garden. Great big fridge in the apartment. Breakfast was served in your room at a pre- agreed time. Every day different fruit and eggs , etc. "

"Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

"Excellent location, walk to the beach/pulperia. Everything you might need or want in a community kitchen with an endless supply of coffee and sugar! BBQ, pool, grounds, & parking area - well thought out! Pet-friendly and overall very impressed with this property. "

"El parqueo estaba cerca, la habitación si estaba bien limpiapero olía un poco a humedad lo que si estaba sucio era la piscina, no la pudimos utilizar porque tenia como una capa de grasa me imagino de los bloqueadores de sol de todas las personas que estaban ahípero si deberían limpiarla todos los días o utilizar algún producto paraque eso no pase porque se ve desagradable. "The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. There is nothing extraordinary about this property. The pool is huge and refreshing but other than that there are no other amenities. Unfortunately the hotel is located on a major road and as mentioned in other reviews, it is quite noisy. The noise is quite jarring in the middle of the night. "Basic Kitchen utensils and cookware. Only thing I needed was coffee maker. Bought coffee around the corner at convenience store."

"My kid, wife and I are very happy with our stay, beat our expectation. The hotel is surrounded by tropical forest, like a beautiful botanic garden, quite and safe. The breakfast is amazing, love the swimming pool, check-in is simple and easy, spacious room, very friendly staff. Highly recommended."

"Nice pool and staff, rooms are big with a nice view, however it's not mentioned anywhere that you have to drive on a gravel road for 3 kms to get here and there's no signal in the area which is not a huge issue since the WiFi works great. Included breakfast is very poor, otherwise if you pay for other options they have good food."
