Pros: - service (as long as you tip - they are wonderful)! And I 100% believe everyone should be tipped, regardless of all inclusive - we are on floor 5 and able to walk out to a hot tub and pool. That is HUGE being with our daughters. Love that we can come back to our room mid-day and relax yet ...

Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive
The room was good for what we used it for. I was not a fan of the bathroom set up. I was no privacy to the rest of the bathroom, or the suite. Believe the price should have been more affordable.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
Building 12, the rooms from 122** ~1224*, the shower sink has terrible smell, we have to use towel to cover sink hole everyday.
