Amazing resort for you and family they treat your kids very good they are very welcoming, they are always very attentive and all speak english. Many activities in the resort, my kids loved it rooms are amazing with a swim up pool for the kids. Beds are very comfortable and their shuttles are very quick and always helpful to get around.

Took my kids this past week to visit Nickelodeon Riviera Maya, (ages 10 and 6) its safe to say THEY LOVEEED IT!! we all loved it!! Cannot reccomend it enough, place totally caters to kids!

We had ants in our room and mold on the wall. We asked the staff to exchange the towels and they did not. We asked them to clean the wall and they did not do that either. We let them now about the ants they advised us that It was fixed and the ants were still there. We were expecting way more from this hotel and we were pretty let down. I asked for the upgraded room and they advised that it would be an additional $2000 a night. My reservation stated that if there was availability then I would get a free upgraded room. There was availability but for a cost. The gift shop is a joke. sunscreen $41 usd, a pair of slides $231 usd, their gift shop is so out of touch with reality that I don't know how they even sell anything in there. I do not like that the hotel is not in the same area as the lobby. Its a bus ride away. I think we were expecting something similar to Disney and that is where I think we went wrong. The food was not the best. Their breakfast however was pretty decent. For the amount of money that we paid I really thought it was going to be awesome and it wasn't.

Resort was too spread out with it being 3 buildings, food was not great, water park smelled like sewage. After check out you are not allowed to access pool or restaurants. Much better resorts elsewhere maybe just get a day pass for the experience.
