"I loved the swim out pool in the family club rooms. I like that the resort provides beach toys. I also love the frequent shuttle service and how convenient things are overall. I am sad that the beach was not able to be used and that the resort has nothing on the website to give updates about Sargassum. I also didn't like that the sail boats are only free if you sail them yourself. "

"Overall, a great hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and left feeling refreshed and energized. The architecture is in Spanish colonial style. Lush tropical plants everywhere. Very photogenic. We stayed at the Golden Swim-up Suit. Highly recommend if you prefer a relatively more quiet surroundings and easy access to the pool (literally just outside your door). Actually, the vast majority of the time, we simply hanged out on the lough chairs outside our door at the front terrace. When it gets too hot, we jump in the pool for a quick swim and then come back to take a nap LOL The staff is very friendly and the food was tasty. I recommend the grilled octopus in the Mexican resturant. Now the downside. 1) the hotel "
