"After a lengthy check in using a digital screen ( passport, name, Adress, d.o.b. , phone number, email etc !!! Things were ok. Room was fine but quite cold and I had to use both blankets at night. Lack of a fridge was disappointing as most hotels have them . Breakfast/ brunch was good even if food was a little cold. All in all reasonable value for money."

"Lovely large room with a great view of the bay. Food was great at breakfast with probably too much to choose from. Had an evening meal on our last night which also had plenty to choose too (Italian night). Reception, cleaners and bar staff all very friendly. No faults from us & thanks!"

"The property was nice and our room was okay. We did however have lots of ants in our room. We had to go to reception quite a few times before anyone did anything and the lady from reception had to come and help get rid of them herself. The staff on reception desk were very nice."

"For a short girls holiday this hotel had everything we needed. The staff were so lovely, kind and made us feel at home every day (especially Santiago and the restaurant team, Yolanda and the pool bar team and Lorena the massage therapist!). We really appreciated the reception team sorting out a late check out option on our leaving day too at short notice. We all thought the buffet food was great and there was a good range of things to choose from. The hotel's pool and sunbed area is a good size, and the beach is only a few steps away too. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future! "

"Lovely hotel. Great value in April. Friendly staff, facilities great. Worth upgrading room to newer decor. Only issue we had on the 6th floor was no water momentarily but it came back. Have recommended this hotel to my friends."
