"The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. The pool and building were very clean and well kept and the food at the restaurant was some of the best I had- outstanding selections and wait staff courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. Not to mention beautiful views and Walkable to town and beach. Would absolutely Stay here again."

"Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The apartment itself, along with the surrounding Santa Ponsa area, is quite hilly/mountainous. The only real drawback was the stairs — they were very steep and long, with no elevators or alternative access, which was very challenging for us. Taxis are pretty expensive in this locality as well. "

"Had a lovely stay. Staff were very lovely and helpful. The hotel looks tired in the old part and could do with a tidy up and paint. The toasters in the breakfast need replacing they don’t work. "

"My husband and I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay and it was absolutely perfect! We don't like staying in huge, noisy, soulless places, and this place ticked all the boxes. Our room was beautifully clean, a good size and well presented. The breakfast was superb and it was a lovely touch to be able to have access to free chilled filtered water and coffee and tea 24hrs a day. The pool area isn't huge but it's excellent - always sun loungers available, clean, with shower and toilets, and in the sun all day. We didn't use the bar but it looks lovely too and has a large pool table. The hotel is situated on a quiet back road, tucked away and surrounded by a beautiful garden, yet a mere 5 minute walk from the beach and a huge selection of wonderful restaurants and shops. Best of all we're the staff who were so helpful and smiley. We're definitely going to return here - great value and so peaceful. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!"
