To our surprise and delight, our room was beautifully decorated with flowers, thoughtful snacks, and a delicious anniversary cake. This personal touch set the tone for a truly unforgettable holiday. We also want to recognize the wonderful Club Lounge team—Marian, Anna, Aliyaa, and many others whose names we may not recall—who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the InterContinental family. Every detail of our stay was handled with such thoughtfulness, and it was clear that the entire team takes great pride in making their guests feel valued. "Lovely hotel with fantastic staff, great location and brilliant pool and facilities. The complimentary shuttle bus is also a great way to see some sights. The only thing to be aware of if you’re not travelling on business is the on site restaurants / bars are very expensive, especially when the multiple taxes, fees and mandatory service charge have been added on."

"The hotel apartment is ideal for family of 4-5 on a budget. The rooms are large and it has more of an apartment feel vs a hotel. Service is decent though housekeeping is alternate days. Food options are excellent especially Indian restaurants in 2 minute walking distance (Cochin restaurant). The location enables easy 10 minute access to Mutrah souq and many attractions of Muscat. "
