"The rooms I stayed in were all very clean and nice.The staff working there all very pleasant, very helpful and extremely polite."

"The room was not ready at 3 pm check-in time. We had to wait for almost 1 hour before we could check-in. The front desk staff was apologetic though about the room not being ready. The ac on one side of the suite is not working well and it was very noisy. I think the room needs some updating. The pool needs to be cleaned. Other than these things, we had a comfortable stay."

"We stayed there for 3 nights. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was we never had any maid service. I understand that daily maid service is a thing of the past, but to be there for 3 nights without having the trash emptied or fresh towels is irritating. The reception desk employees were very friendly and helpful and were able to get us some clean towels but it is annoying to have to go to the front reception area for towels. This takes it from a 5 star stay to a 4 star stay because everything else was good. The morning breakfast was good."
